The Entertainment Software Association (ESA), whose members include major software publishers such as Sony, Microsoft, and EA, has overseen the growth of the almost $20 billion video game industry.

KGA designed a media relations platform to introduce the ESA to thought and opinion leaders and deliver messages that establish the group as the voice of an industry with benefits for the education, medical, and military sectors, as well as the general public.
