Addison Smith
Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate at KGA, Addison specializes in transportation, pharmaceuticals, and finance. He focuses on public affairs campaign strategy, tactical implementation, client relations, deal team development, and scouting. Over the past six months, he has worked exclusively in transportation for a major foreign concessionaire as the company prepares its strategic entry into the US market to obtain deals including the $12.8 billion Pennsylvania Turnpike transaction and Midway Airport. During his time at KGA, Addison has used his campaign experience at the local, state, and national level to serve as political analyst for foreign clients interested in positioning themselves in the US.
Addison began his career working at a private equity group in Greenwich, Connecticut as aide to Chairman Thomas C. Foley, who currently serves as US Ambassador to Ireland. Addison's role was to assist the Chairman with his political and philanthropic obligations, including Bush-Cheney 04, as well as to engage in special projects for portfolio companies.
Addison is a graduate of the University of Richmond and holds a B.A. in Political Science.
